A leader of numerous enterprise-wide transformation programs, Kay is an expert in deploying new systems and processes. She also provides subject matter expertise for strategic planning, organizational realignment, and business improvement projects to federal agencies and C-suite executives.

A personal development enthusiast who was motivated by past work experiences, Kay decided to combine her best practices and lessons learned to launch a new company focused on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions by consultants who go a step beyond being knowledgeable about doing business in the private sector; Sheroe Venture’s program managers receive extensive training in leadership development, personal growth, and mindfulness practices.
